How delicious do these homemade thin mints look -- or, as Blair calls them Ritz Mintz? The best part? They look super easy (read: Even I could do it... ): All you need are Ritz crackers and Andes mints!P.S. Remember this Girl Scout cookie pie chart?

I've never seen the chocolate ritz with mint before. Sounds interesting. I think you should make them then and let us know how they are. :-)
Oh Wow Melissa {!} These are my Favorite Girl Scout Cookies! I am in such big trouble now! lol
Made these...........not a fan!!!!! For one thing, the Girl Scout version has some kind of shortbread cookie inside that is NOT mega-salty like a Ritz cracker is. Also, the Ritz cracker is somewhat crumbly and thin. The finished product tastes nothing like the original. I give this two thumbs down!!!!!!!!!
mmmm! these look so tasty!!
drop by allister bee soon!
so amazing.
need to make these asap!

These look totally disgusting. I'm sorry, but there is a cookie underneath the mint chocolate in a Girl Scout cookie. This is a salty cracker. Gross.
Oh YUM!! These look dangerously good! Girl Scout cookie time is always my favorite :)
Oh man those look phenom!
YUM..Love thin mints! Those would be so good with graham crackers too...
these look so delicious... YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!
Had some & they were gross. Plus: ppl, pls buy Girl Scout cookies. They provide essential funds for scouting activities.
love andes mints and love ritz but the thought of combining salty crackers with sweet chocolate, yuck.
. . . or you could buy Keebler's Grasshoppers and call it a night. The point of Girl Scout cookies isn't the cookie itself - it's all the things the selling of the cookies does for girls. Our council's cookie sale ended today.
